Suncoast Containers – Terms of Service
1. General Terms
By booking a container hire with Suncoast Containers (ABN: 37656382741), the Hirer agrees to these Terms of Service. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2. Delivery Policy
Timeframe: We aim to deliver your container within 1-3 business days of receiving your initial payment, subject to site accessibility and vehicle availability.
Site Access: Delivery is made via tilt tray or side loader. The Hirer must ensure the site is clear, level, and accessible for heavy vehicles. If delivery cannot be completed due to site restrictions, a redelivery fee may apply.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Post-Delivery: Once the container is delivered, no refunds are provided for the initial delivery fee or the first month’s hire. Minimum Hire Period: 3 months
Early Return: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for early returns during a pre-paid hire month prior to the 3 month minimum rental. After 3 months, we provide pro-rata refunds.
4. Privacy Policy
Suncoast Containers is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information (name, address, contact details) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your hire agreement and processing payments. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment details processed via eWAY are encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.
